I graduated from Florida State University with a BA in Political Science and International Affairs in December 2006. I soon used no part of my degree when I became an Account Executive for Clear Channel Radio. I sold spots for local radio for seven months before leaving for a great opportunity with a patient financing company called Unicorn Financial.

At the end of 2007, Unicorn Financial and JP Morgan Chase merged to create one of the fastest growing third-party patient financing companies in the business. I was promoted to Dental Practice Consultant in January 2008 and worked hard to build a strong and dependable client base.

After two years with ChaseHealthAdvance, I decided to seek greater career potential and was offered a fantastic opportunity with IKON Office Solutions. Knowing that IKON and Ricoh had partnered together to create a global powerhouse in document management and technology manufacturing, I accepted a position as an Account Consultant.

After realizing it wasn't uncommon for recent college graduates to suffer from a slight depression, I decided that it would be great to have a place for young professionals to discuss ways to deal with these "in between" years, as well as the best ways to advance their careers.

I am currently Social Chair and Co-Fundraising Chair for the Tallahassee Alumnae Chapter of Sigma Alpha Iota, Associate Director of Administration for the FSU Band Alumni, a member of the Leon County Democrats, the Florida Democrats and the Tallahassee Network of Young Professionals. I am also studying for my GMAT and welcome any studying or test taking advice!
